For the last several years, Jen has been winding her way across the country from her hometown of Atlanta to Breckenridge, Colo., and now Seattle. Since receiving her journalism degree from the University of Georgia, Jen has worked as communications manager for the Atlanta City Council President, arts and entertainment editor for the Summit Daily News in Colorado and a freelance writer in Seattle. Her environmental crusade began at age 9 when she started writing letters to the first Pres. Bush, making such heady threats as, “If you don’t do something, I’ll find someone who can.” She’s stoked to bring that energy (minus the threats), along with her love of dogs and organic baked goods, to Ideal Bite.
